Meet the Team

The Management Team work very closely with all other members of Croft Care Trust staff. All members of Staff have been selected, not only for their professional qualifications but also for their personal qualities and interests. At Croft Care Trust we are aware that the staff will always play a very important role in the resident’s welfare. To maximise this contribution we employ sufficient staff with relevant mix of skills, qualifications and interests to ensure the welfare of our residents and meet their needs.

We strive to create an environment that encourages comfort and promotes independence and freedom of choice. This should allow for, and develop the personal interests of all our residents, free from anxiety.

We have a very high staff to resident ratio allowing us to offer a very high standard of care, and in addition to the management team currently employ a mix of multidisciplinary nurses (RGN, RNLD, RNM), care assistants from a range of backgrounds with a mix of interests and skills, ancillary staff providing onsite laundry and cleaning services and kitchen staff to meet residents nutritional needs.

We also employ additional staff to run activities and provided 1-1 support for our residents accross both sites. 

All our Health Care Staff are expected to have, or be studying towards their Care Certificate or higher qualification. Throughout their employment with Croft Care Trust all staff are supported and encouraged to pursue further qualifications/training to help develop their understanding, improve their skill and enhance their underpinning knowledge.
